Fleishers chicken is not your standard chicken. Being truly pasture-raised, they are tender and juicy with a mild flavor. They have room to roam around our partner farm, Green Circle, where they eat grasses and enjoy catching insects and digging for worms. They receive a supplemental non-GMO feed loaded with nutrients for a well-rounded diet. Because our chickens are free to roam as nature intended, they require little seasoning for a delicious and easy dinner. A little olive oil or butter, some of your favorite spices and you’re ready to cook!

Recommended Serving Sizes

We recommend a little over a 1/2 lb (8 ounces) to 3/4 lb (12 ounces) per person to account for the extra weight of the bone.
