Recommended Serving Sizes
If used as the main component of a dish, we recommend about 1/2 lb (8 ounces) to 3/4 lb (12 ounces) per person. If the meat is part of a bigger dish like pasta then we recommend 1/4 lb to 1/3 lb (4 to 6 ounces) per person.
